two handed or dw?

two-handed is easier to do both in gearing up and enchants.

dual weild has you fighting rogues for weapons (and usually take a hit in stats)

Plus end game there isn't really any viable one-hander enchants
There realy arn't many viable 1h chants at all.

End game, 2h hands down.

Leveling, depends on what you've got.
