Ghostcrawler

[:1]Ghostcrawler can be found at 19, 85 in the Abandoned Reef of the Abyssal Depths in Vashj'ir. He appeared exactly at those coordinates as I was camping and moved east then west and north. He phases in and out and appears a short time later farther away then you would think from how slowly he walks. He appeared and disappeared a few times. Either this is part of his "Ghostly-ness", or since I did so few quests in that zone he was passing in and out of phasing areas.
