Pet for PvP and Enhance

And I have a hard time facing enhance shammies in particular (although I have a hard time doing enough damage to kill most things) any tips?

If you are BM doing pvp i would recommend a spirit beast pet for the purpose of his spirit mend and if it's a spectral one you can make it stealth better. for MM/Surv I would get either a spider for it's webtrap ability and venomous ability. Scorpids are really useful as well for pvp.
I'm having a hard time getting rid of my corehound even though many people say it's not the best. Its lava breath slow AND bloodlust is just too much to be without.
I guess I should've clarified, im playing SV right now assuming its the go to PvP spec atm.
