Stats +321 agility chance on ranged/melee hit to do 5829 nature damage.
This item will probably be hot fixed in the near future
I've tested it in multiple raids/Heroics.
Proc rate is once per minute not Chance on hit so its more or less bugged atm.
Global CD is 1 min.
I also tested this hypothesis out on a target dummy for 10 min.
in 10 min I got 10 procs, on 3 different testing sessions my 3 other hunter guildies did the same. Exact same results.
Conclusion
This trinket is god awful, its valued alot because the darkmoon Faire is currently here this week, but DO NOT waste your gold on this Piece of trash or atleast until they change the proc rate/effect of the ability later.
