new hunter is like rogues where you have to time your attacks with focus?
in a way, it has a much slower regeneration rate though.
Oh god people are going to cry in this thread and I don't have it in me so IM GETTING IN BEFORE THEM
Focus is similar to energy but has a much slower rate of return, to make up for this hunters regenerate focus on successful steady/cobra shots. (9 focus per shot)
